Shipping and delivery

No shipping

SahiPost is a digital product. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery, so there are no shipping charges.

How you receive it

• Plans are delivered online in your SahiPost account, usually within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. We also email you when your plan is ready.
• Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Images appear in your plan once they are generated, usually within a few minutes.

You need to be signed in to see what you have bought. Delivery is complete once it is available in your account.

If something doesn't arrive

If your payment is confirmed but your plan or credits don't appear within an hour, email [email protected] with the email address on your account and we will make sure it reaches you.
