What you post
A sample post
This is the kind of post that lands in your plan, here for Instagram.
Myth: A PNG from WhatsApp is a proper logo file. Fact: A business needs source files and vector versions that scale cleanly. The same logo may appear on a profile picture, invoice, packaging and signboard. Ask for the right files before the project ends.
Photo brief. Split card showing a blurry enlarged logo against a sharp vector version. Use a fictional logo only.
Myths your customers believe
Posts that correct a myth earn trust. Your plan includes them, with your business name attached.
Myth. A logo is the whole brand
Fact. A logo is one mark. A brand becomes recognisable through consistent colours, type, tone, layouts and experience.
Myth. The colour on screen will print exactly the same
Fact. Screens and printers produce colour differently. Print files need the right colour setup and a proof before bulk printing.
Myth. Any image from the internet can be used in a design
Fact. Most images are protected by copyright. Use images you own, licensed stock, or original photography.
Myth. More revisions always produce a better design
Fact. Revisions help when feedback is specific. Without a clear brief, more rounds often move sideways.
How to brief a designer clearly
- Explain the business, customer and where the design will be used
- Share references and say what you like about each one
- State deadlines, required sizes and anything that cannot change
Questions your customers ask
What files will I receive for a logo?
Vector source files and common export formats for print and digital use, including versions for light and dark backgrounds. The file list is agreed before work starts.
Do you provide editable files?
That depends on the agreed scope and should be stated upfront. We make file ownership and handover clear before the project begins.
Why does printed colour look different?
Screens and printing use different colour systems, and paper also changes appearance. A printed proof is the safest check before bulk production.
How many revisions are included?
The number is agreed in the proposal. The best revisions come from specific feedback tied to the original brief.
Can you use images from Google?
No, not unless the image is properly licensed for that use. We use owned, licensed or custom imagery.
Do you handle printing too?
Yes. We can prepare print-ready files and coordinate paper, finish and quantity, with a proof before final printing.
What should I provide for a branding project?
What your business does, who buys from you, competitors, brands you admire, and anything that must stay the same. Clear input saves revision rounds.
Do you create social media templates?
Yes. Templates keep posts consistent while still allowing new content, especially useful when several people create posts.
