This is the kind of post that lands in your plan, here for Instagram.

A SahiPost poster for corporate gift and promotional product suppliers, made from the post "Myth: Corporate gifts must be expensive to impress.", with the business name, phone number and logo along the bottom
The poster SahiPost made for this post.

Myth: Corporate gifts must be expensive to impress. Fact: Useful beats expensive. A good bottle, diary or bag that people carry every day keeps your name in front of them all year. Choose gifts for the person, not for the logo.

Photo brief. Split card: a dusty showpiece on a shelf labelled MYTH, a branded steel bottle on a busy desk labelled FACT. No readable logos.

Myths your customers believe

Posts that correct a myth earn trust. Your plan includes them, with your business name attached.

Myth. Corporate gifts should be expensive to impress

Fact. Useful beats expensive. A good bottle, diary or bag that people carry every day keeps your name in front of them far longer than a costly showpiece.

Myth. Bigger logos mean better branding

Fact. A large logo can make a gift feel like an advertisement. A subtle, well-placed mark is more likely to be used in public.

Myth. Diwali gifting can be planned in October

Fact. Sampling, branding and packing large orders takes weeks. Planning in August or September gives better choice and calmer delivery.

Myth. Everyone wants the same gift

Fact. Teams and clients differ. Offering a small choice, or a kit with a few useful items, works better than one item for all.

How to choose a corporate gift people will use

  1. Think about the recipient's day, not your brand
  2. Pick something useful at their desk, in the car or on the go
  3. Place the logo subtly so they are happy to use it in public

Questions your customers ask

How early should we order Diwali gifts?

For larger orders, start four to eight weeks before the festival. That allows sampling, branding, packing and delivery without a last-minute rush.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It varies by product and branding method. Share your quantity and budget and we will suggest options that fit.

Can we see a branded sample first?

Yes. A branded sample before the bulk order lets you check the product, logo placement and colour.

Which branding method is best?

It depends on the material. Laser engraving suits metal, screen printing suits fabric and flat surfaces, embroidery suits caps and jackets. We will recommend per product.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes, for many orders we can pack and courier gifts to individual employees or clients. Share an address list in a spreadsheet.

Can we include a personal note?

Yes. A printed card with a short message makes a gift feel personal rather than generic.
